Welcome to Melody Springs Farm!

Melody Springs Farm is located in beautiful Schoharie County, just outside the village of Sharon Springs, NY. It is comprised of 125 acres of hay fields, pastures, and woods on an escarpment overlooking the Mohawk Valley. We have painstakingly brought this former dairy farm from a fate that has befallen so many like it – reverting to scrub land or becoming another development. We believe this is our contribution toward Central New York’s agricultural heritage, and the resurgence of the old fashioned family farm.

We offer whole, half, split-sides and variety-packs of beef. Orders are now being taken. These are priced at wholesale prices. 

We also have individual retail cuts available.

We are also currently taking orders for meat chickens to be raised this summer. They come whole with giblets, or in split halves.
